7 Simple Steps by Step process to Apply Community Certificate Online in Tamil Nadu

TNeGA has been Introduced the portal called Tamilnadu eSevai and this is the highly dedicated portal for candidates who seeking to all kind of certificate throughout the Online mode. Each and every common man can easily apply for community certificate without any hustle.
To done this candidate must have registered with the CAN Number along with all basic and communication details have been updated in automatically while applying certificate. So in this article here we start detailed steps to perform for the certificate.

4. Self-declaration of Applicant (available on the portal itself)
Step 1: Create Account and CAN No
Visit: Official website of Tamil Nadu eSevai Portal and log in to your account.
Note: If you did not have login ID please make sure register a new account and then log in to account.
Step 2: Choosing the respective Department and Certificate
Now click > Services > Department Wise > click “Revenue Department” now the whole services has been displayed under the Revenue Department now click “Community Certificate” option.
Now the new popup window will be appeared on the screen now maximize the window and click yellow colour “Proceed” button.
Step 3: Adding the CAN Number to fill the Communication Address
Candidates want to enter the “CAN Number” and father name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
Note: Don’t have a can number please click “Register Can” Button and completed registration with care number please enter it on that form.
Step 4: Verifying the Mobile Number via OTP
Now Enter Mobile number and press “Search” Button now the list of candidates details will be appearing on the screen now choose candidates name and “Generate the OTP” and verify them.
Step 5: Fill the Community Form Details for Family
Once verified the process then the final Certificate Form will be displayed on the screen now fill the “Form Details” Section and click Submit Button.
Step 6: Uploading scanned documents
Candidates who want to take all document in scanned photocopy format with the size with they mentioned in the portal.
To download the self-declaration click self-declaration and put the sign on that form and make scan copy then upload it.
Step 7: Making Payment
After completion above steps candidates should make a payment to TNeGA Application Fee: Rs.60/- Once you completed payment the acknowledgement will be sent through your mobile and E-mail.
