How to Create the Digital Life Certificate for Pensioners in Tamil Nadu

The pensioners will be required to submit a certificate of digital life to them, “said Salil Chankar, the Provident Fund Commissioner of the Chennai Regional Office.

* The Salary Chancellor of the Chennai Regional Provident Fund Commissioner said that the pensioners are required to submit their certificates to be alive, digitally. Retirement pensioners under the Labor Pension Scheme 1995 are mandatory to submit their survival certificates based on the Aadhaar number.


Note: The retirees will have to digitally register this certificate in the pension bank branch, e-service center, future deposit fund office in November and December, otherwise the retirement pay will be suspended in January.

Pensioners from all department like Revenue, TNEB, TNSTC, TNUSRB, Education Department (Retired Teachers, Head Masters) and all others government pensioners must submit the Digital Certificate.

Steps to Create and Submit Digital Living Certificate for Pensioners:

Step 1: Visit your near by e-Seva Center and give your pension information details and generate the Digital Life Certificate.

Step 2: Once you complete the first step then start the submission process to above centers like bank branch.
